  • Head to BOOK NOW on our Home Page and create an account on Momence. You can book, reschedule and cancel any of your classes via the Momence App.

    • Full length sweat towel or a towel hire is available for $5.

  • If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through using the momence app or via our website. We will accept cancellations 4 hours prior to the scheduled class.

    Please note - we cannot accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

    Any cancellations within the 4hr window of your class will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No Show (this includes classes you are added into from the waitlist).

    For all late cancellation and no shows, you will incur a fee and forfeit your class.

    Late Cancel Fee- $5

    No Show Fee- $10

    Our cancellation and no show fee’s are automatic and are charged 24 hours after the class finishes.

  • We recommend arriving a minimum of 5-10 minutes early as unfortunately, under no circumstances, can we allow a client to enter past the scheduled class start time. The doors will be locked once the class commences.

    If you arrive late and doors have been locked, this will be considered a no show.

  • We understand that plans change, so we aim to make cancellations as smooth as possible. All membership cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, submitted via email to hello@melt-pilates.com.au.
    Please note that all memberships (excluding Foundation Memberships) come with a 3-month minimum term, and cancellations cannot be processed before this period is complete.
