Melt is sunbury’s first dedicated hot mat pilates and yoga studio, an experience like no other.
We offer high-energy, full-body workouts in a heated environment (typically between 32-36 degrees) designed to challenge and empower all levels of experience. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to deepen your practice, each class delivers a blend of strength, endurance and mindful movement.
The heated room intensifies every session and promotes deeper muscle engagement, increased flexibility and improved circulation. The warmth also helps loosen tight muscles and enhances detoxification through sweat. The heated environment pushes mental focus and endurance, making each session not only a full-body sculpting experience but also a test of discipline and resilience.
